Meet B2, the latest member of our bicycle team.
B2, bicycle for two, is a Fiori Avventura tandem bicycle build by Norco.
We purchased B2 from our local bicycle store "Cycle Path" on Main Street in Brampton.

Hi! I am B2. Would you like to go for a ride?

Kristy H. from Cycle Path assisted with the purchased; she had the seat posts cut to fit our heights, replaced the stoker's straight handle bar and mounted a ding-ding bell. She even offered to deliver B2 to our house. Thank you for the excellent service, Kristy.

Since my tandem orientation ride with the Toronto Trailblazers last April, see this link, I had the intention to purchase a tandem bicycle. At the Trailblazers CNIB shed, I had the opportunity to ride the KHS Alite and the Trek T900 tandem bicycles. Both were nice to ride on and they are of decent quality and reasonable price. The KHS felt better for me, due to its smaller frame. Both have twist shifters and v-brakes, I prefer trigger shifters and disc brakes; the Co-motion tandem has both, but at $3 to $4K it is out of my price range.
Last year while purchasing some bicycle parts at Cycle Path, I remembered checking out a tandem bicycle. It had trigger shifters and disc brakes, good quality and the price was reasonable, just over $1K. At the first opportunity after returning from Florida, I asked Theresia to come and checked out for tandem bicycle at Cycle Path.

Ready to roll.........

The tandem bicycle was still there with a new and reduced price tag, $799.99. We bought it after ensuring that it is the right size for us.
